The first step is for us to meet with you at the site / property so that we can fully discuss your requirements and for us to gain a feel for the location and general area. At the same time a general idea of costings may be discussed together with any possible planning implications. When the preliminary design is complete, the plans will be submitted for Full Planning Approval to the Local Authority. Since we are in constant contact with the planning officers, we can monitor the application as it proceeds and we can discuss difficulties should any occur.
