Renovation of the Old Bell Tower, stripping and re-slating most of the roof. Major roof timbers and a large section of cob wall reinstated.
27 windows were replaced and a quadrant shaped extension added to house a future spiral staircase.
Extensive internal re-plastering, repairs to a vaulted ceiling, bathrooms replaced and central heating installed.

During the early part of 1998 another wing was renovated bringing a further three bedrooms and living room back into use.

Various items of repair and renovation were carried out at this fine old manor house including vast areas of re-pointing to the external stonework.
The inside of the two storey “garden room” was renovated and plastered and the dilapidated windows to the kitchen garden elevation were replaced within the stone openings.
